We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to work in our Clarksburg, MD Campus on our First Shift. This position will report directly to the Manufacturing Staff Manager.

Responsibilities
Â
- Coordinate all material movements with other departments such as receiving Inspection, repair labs, and shipping.
- Create the adequate paperwork to support these material movements: packing lists, DD250 requests, shipping labels, routers, inventory labels.
- Properly organize and store paperwork such as invoices, receipts, Certificates of Conformity, DD1348s, DD250s, material requisitions.
- Pack finished product or product in transit.
- Ensure stockroom and Work In Process (WIP) accuracy.
- Perform production transactions in SAP.Â
- Perform Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) transactions as products flow through the repair facility in a timely manner.
- Create export requests to send equipment overseas for repair when applicable.

- U.S. Citizenship required. - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Excellent verbal and written communications – Fluent in English.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Able to work independently with a demonstrated self-motivated work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong consultation, problem solving skills, analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking, able to propose better efficiencies and process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast pace, complex environment and effectively multi-task to meet deadlines.
- Able to use a hand pallet jack.
- Basic Computer Skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, CodeSoft.Â
- Exercise solid judgment, discretion and confidentiality.
- Exhibit teaming ability in executing tasks and responsibilities.+
- Ability to lift/move equipment between 25 and 50 pounds distances of 200 feet with or without assistance.Â

The hourly pay range for this role is $ 27.69 - $ 35.39 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 3%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.  TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
