We are excited to announce that we have an opening in our Clarksburg, MD office for an HR Operations Partner. This position is part of a high functioning HR team who supports and effectively coordinates an array of general HR activities. This role reports to the HR Manager and will work closely with other HR team members. This role is ideally suited for someone who enjoys working on-site and interacting and engaging with people at all levels of an organization. Â

Responsibilities
Â
- Facilitate new hire orientation, respond to employee inquiries, and coordinate a variety of logistical activities related to HR, employees, and recruiting.
- Manage, track, and coordinate employee training programs.
- Perform HR administrative functions, including maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS and other HR-related systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and monitor employee leaves, ADA accommodations, and disability-related processes.
- Perform additional general HR and resourcing duties as assigned.

- U.S. Citizenship required. - Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- 4-year degree in HR, Business or related area or equivalent experience.Â
- SHRM-CP Certification or comparable certification preferred
- 2+ years progress HR experience w/HRIS experience preferably with Success Factors.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA. ADA, STD and other employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – to include active listen, ability to consider varying views, options and perspectives.
- Must be able to work with a high degree of confidentiality and ethics.
- Follow and abide by Code of Ethics, Compliance Manual and all Company policies, guidelines and practices but also embody and set the standard for other employees.
- Must be able to create networks, such as local SHRM, to assist in maintain market awareness in best practices.
- This role requires being regularly on-site at Clarksburg campus.Â
- Occasional domestic travel (IL, FL, MD, MA) to support other TDSI locations or subsidiaries or to support HR events.

The annualized pay range for this role is $73,999- $94,554 USD along with a target incentive compensation plan (ICP) of 5%. The pay range provided is a good faith estimate representative of the experience level for the role described above.  TDSI considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
